How have I walked with Jesus of Nazareth today? How can I let him accompany me in my ordinary tasks of living, right beside me as we travel along the path?

It was mundane situation - dropping off a prescription and having to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled. I was tired after a day at work, battling a cold, it was snowy and dark and I wanted so much to get home. So to simply sit and wait seemed the last straw, but then the Lord enabled me to see that I could let that time be a tryst with him - to sit and be with him - be quiet with him, think on him, consider him. The 30 minutes went faster than I anticipated and I felt refreshed!
