Faith

Faith does not assert claims. Faith is the reception of a gift. Are you able to rest and enjoy the gift of faith this Advent? If so, please share how. If not, please discuss why not.

I struggle finding the line between being passive and being relaxed in faith. There's always so much to do, thank God. But, sometimes I feel I'm wasting away God's gifts when I relax. I try not to get myself to twisted around with the whole thing. I find faith is a muscle that I don't work out too much, but it is certainly a gift I'm grateful for.

Have always preferred giving rther than receiving - I powerful when I give and weak when I recive. Believe people will like me or be more impressed with me or remember me if I am as seen as generous. And I like my gifts to out do those that others give. MMMMMMMMM - my faith is flimsy and my relationships are built on hay and methinks am trying to one up God on His gifts!?
