I am poor in mercy and patience - utterly destitute in both areas. There are some tough things in my personal life right now that are far more than I ever bargained for and far more than I want to face. I am out for myself and need to be willing to sacrifice myself so that situations and people around me can receive the healing touch of Jesus. Making this a joyful Advent is plain hard work this year and I am having to fight not to resent that So need the my thirst for mercy and patience to be quenched.
